I'm fairly certain this is the same bird for some of the shots I took from the observation tower; this is taken from a bench along the boardwalk just down from the tower. I'm really happy with the way the lighting worked out with the settings - a decent 1/250 shutter speed, nice high F-stop, and fairly low ISO.
